Most ethical bank and easy to use

When we moved to the UK we knew we wanted to keep our money with an ethical bank, so that the returns on that money would be used to improve the world - it didn't take us long to decide on the Triodos Bank for that purpose. I was not expecting that the level of service would be so high - I've had to be in touch for a few things relating to the move, and I really feel like we have been treated like people, rather than a number. Easy to use current account, that does everything you need it to, and when you phone customer services calls are quickly answered by knowledgeable, friendly, UK based call handlers. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
