I am really pleased to be able to trust Triodos bank to invest my money in line with my ethical values, and to tell me where my money goes. The customer service is excellent - it is easy to speak to a customer service assistant, without long waits on the phone, and they have never failed to answer my questions fully. Ethical banking is the most responsible thing I've done with my money

It's very satisfying to know that my everyday money is being used to help fund projects which are ethical, sustainable and are the benefit of everyone. With climate change looming and social injustice rampant, this is absolutely essential in this day and age. Triodos have been friendly, efficient and easy to use.
