I had no idea until I reached out to StepChange

I had no idea what StepChange were, until I reached out to them. A life which didn't have failures and poverty seemed a thousand years ago. When I understood that there were systems as well as people who could me help rein in the debts and give a vision of a future where I am not chasing a depressing permanence, I saw options, possibilities, and stopped waiting for things to happen. Thanks to StepChange, I was able to organise my various situations, knowing that this was a path to a steady life. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026

All banks should be like Triodos

Most banks regularly espouse brilliant ideas which turn out to be PR campaigns, greenwashing, or a throw-a-bone to the soft-hearted-concept which it lives up to briefly on paper before returning to the industry's usual out-dated operating policies. Not so Triodos, which is exactly what it claims to be, a responsible, socially conscientious, consistently positive force for good. A mission to change the world *and* excellent customer service gets a huge thumbs up from me. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
