Long time customer - Triodos is easy and works well

I've been with Triodos for years now. It is a very easy bank to have an account with, both the app and the browser are quite straightforward to use, and I've always been able to do what I want. The FAQs work ok (I occasionally have to look up how to cash a cheque - who even uses those these days?). It's been quite easy to get in touch with customer service on the phone on the few occasions where I've had to do so, especially if it was a security-related question they pick up almost instantly which is very reassuring. The only sad thing is I wasn't able to get an account for my teenage daughter as she is still too young so I will have to wait until she's older before I can get started with the right bank. Ethical banking isn't complicated

I signed up with Triodos 3 years ago when I moved to the UK. It's been pretty straightforward so far - their online banking environment is easy to use, the customer service is available quickly whenever I need them, and - importantly - I am confident that my money is being used for good. Ethical banking with all the features

When I moved to the UK I wanted to make sure I did my banking with an ethical company. I was glad to find Triodos when I did. I've been very pleased with their level of service and the simplicity of doing business with them. Reviewed on: 1st March 2021

Most ethical bank and easy to use

When we moved to the UK we knew we wanted to keep our money with an ethical bank, so that the returns on that money would be used to improve the world - it didn't take us long to decide on the Triodos Bank for that purpose. I was not expecting that the level of service would be so high - I've had to be in touch for a few things relating to the move, and I really feel like we have been treated like people, rather than a number.
