Banking on the future

As a customer of Triodos Bank I feel confident that my hard earned money is in (virtually) no way contributing unwittingly to the global climate crisis. I can relax knowing that my money is not funding tar sands extraction or other investments made by less ecologically sound banks. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Responsive and ethical

Very responsive and helpful in responding to queries. Current account app is user friendly. The bank also gives peace of mind that their investments are ethical and focus on sustainable businesses. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Patience and clarity in all communications.

I find Triodos exceptionally easy to deal with. Communication is excellent and, on the occasions when I've needed to make a query, responses have been both helpful and clear. Most importantly I've never been made to feel like an idiot for asking questions that turn out to have very obvious answers! Patience with technphobes like me is a very welcome resonse. The customer service team are excellent

The customer service team are excellent. Very kind, patient and informed. I had a problem negotiating how to do something online, they didn't laugh! I reported a fraudulent phone call and they took it seriously. Every time I've needed advice they've been brilliant, and followed up too. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
