I love banking with Triodos.

I love banking with Triodos. The app is easy to use, the customer service is fantastic and I have confidence that my money is not being used for activities that I do not agree with. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

I love my current account!

I love my current account! There are so many good things to say about Triodos, but I guess the biggest thing for me is having confidence that my money isn't being used by companies whose business I don't favour or agree with their practices. On a practical point, the app is very easy to use, the bank card is recycled and their customer service is brilliant. I can't rate it highly enough. No going back! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Confidence in ethics

Aside from having a great app, good communication and online banking, the reason I love being a Triodos customer is that I have absolute confidence in their ethics and approach to all financial matters. This has to be a rare find in this day and age. Thank the heavens for Triodos! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

The only bank that you can trust

There are a lot of banks selling the ethical idea as a way of attracting customers, but if you dig a bit deeper you'll find the flaws. I can't recommend this account enough, you know where your money goes and you get to speak to real people if you need help. The app is easy to use and overall their communication with customers is great. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
