Difficulty getting online

I had issues accessing my online phone and app, as I had replaced my phone. At first I was ignored- nobody helped. The branch was close to closing for the day. I left the branch, and returned mid afternoon three days later. The person who had ignored my request for help, was not there. Instead I found someone who helped me every step of the way to get back online again. Once online, the member of staff also helped me to also set up the app! Every function was checked and worked.... Make complaints they make you wait long time

Well I made complaints about how bank app is always down and I was working away so had come all way back Coventry from London to sort it been two months now still waiting for not bank with tsb your get old before there deal with it Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

internet banking shambles

Have tried several times over the last two weeks to access my account online,keep being told there is a technical fault.They close branches but do not give a reliable alternative.Would hesitate to recommend this bank. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022
