Difficulty getting online

I had issues accessing my online phone and app, as I had replaced my phone. At first I was ignored- nobody helped. The branch was close to closing for the day. I left the branch, and returned mid afternoon three days later. The person who had ignored my request for help, was not there. Instead I found someone who helped me every step of the way to get back online again. Once online, the member of staff also helped me to also set up the app! Every function was checked and worked. I really appreciated the face to face help, rather than a phone call/online instructions. I felt much happier. I nearly changed banks! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
