I have been with Vanquis from the very start of 2002...

I have been with Vanquis from the very start of 2002 and helped get me my credit back to 100%. The only cripe I have is that as I do use my mobile it is hard sometimes to connect to my account as I use my computer only for this. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I have been with Vanquis a long time

I have been with Vanquis a long time now and I cannot fault the service I have received. My credit card app is easy to use and make payments easy. When I have phoned customer service the odd time they answer your call without waiting which is a big thing for me. Customer service always helpful and sorted my query with no problems. I always felt I was treated like a customer. Staff where polite, friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

Simply the Best

You are sent a reminder to say when your payment will be taken. Statements are always sent & never any problems. Easy to understand. The card is recognised in so many places. Vanquis has provided me with a valuable opportunity to rebuild my credit, which has been essential to my financial recovery. I have consistently utilised my card without encountering any issues. Good but costly

Vanquis for the only CC that accepted me when i finished my IVA, which I am very grateful for. I very rarely have to contact them as the account runs very smoothly. The only thing that is a negative is the very high level of Interest fee Reviewed on: 9th May 2025
