Interest increases

I have had 5 interest rate increases in the past 12 months, 2 increases were 1 month apart. I have never been offered a credit limit increase and have had the card for 2 years +, leading me to take a new card from another provider who instantly gave me a credit limit 6 times larger than zopa, and also gave me a far lower interest rate. Exceptional App to compliment a great Credit Card

I've been using my Zopa credit card for several months now and have enjoyed being a customer. The application process was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive interest rates offered as I have had previous credit problems. The app is user-friendly, making managing my account and tracking my spending a breeze but it also has additional features which I love and use such as the Growth Hub and borrowing power features which help you continue your journey in building up your Credit. Zopa took a chance on me when no one else would

I could not get approved for a credit card anywhere due to it being my first time applying for credit and having a thin file. Zopa took a chance on me, and I'll be forever grateful. What I love about Zopa in comparison to other credit card companies is that when I make a payment, it updates IMMEDIATELY! Zopa don't create fuss, and their systems are easy to use, and straightforward. I also opened a current account with them which I am thrilled about. My debit card is sooooooooo pretty! All in all, I genuinely believe that with Zopa creating such an easy-going environment, that it's made keeping track of my Credit way easier! Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
