Efficient, respectful and supportive

Application was quick and easy but well supported with Information and advice about alternative financial services. The online process and website are refreshingly simple to navigate. Communication is frequent yet not annoying spam or pushing their products - it feels customer focused and informative rather than targeted to increase shareholders profits. Was accepted and was given a reasonable credit limit, of which I was so pleased. Had been trying to obtain a credit card but to no avail as I had bad credit. Zopa came to my rescue. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
