Hi once or twice I've had issues with my card and a simple phone call or text message via the zopa app and all was resolved. Customer service was very helpful and polite, and I had no problem Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Blocked card

My zopa credit card was blocked due to my own mistake, with the use of the zopa app I was able to unblock my card ,by following a few easy steps, on the app. I did not have to contact the company because everything was explained in the app. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
