Never had a problem with Zopa, always felt I have security with them not only with my money but with personal data. The statements are on time and never wrong, no problem paying early or paying extra. I also believe that if I needed help Zopa would be their for me. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Peace of mind

Was easy to apply, secure posting, and information, provided sensible limit on the card, easy app to use, great call centre when I called with a query, Regular information on security and statements and information on the banking itself and other services available to me, would recommend to friends that have struggled in the past to get a sensible limit and feel they got some emergency money backup somewhere.
