Harassment, kept telling me I had not paidy monthly...

Harassment, kept telling me I had not paidy monthly payment and threatened me with a £12 late fee, I have to send screen shot to.prove I paid, even though I always pay over the required amount. Then the harassment emails, even though they accepted I had paid the emails carried on until I had to make a formal complaint of harassment. They said they are investigating, the emails continued, then the email saying their had been delay investigating my complaint, more harassment emails... Then another email telling me the investigation into my complaint has been delayed for the 3rd time. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Never had a problem with Zopa, always felt I have security with them not only with my money but with personal data. The statements are on time and never wrong, no problem paying early or paying extra. I also believe that if I needed help Zopa would be their for me. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025
