Simple, Transparent and Fast!

I’ve been using the Zopa credit card for a few months now and it’s been a great experience. The app is user-friendly and gives me full control over my spending and repayments. I really like how transparent the fees are – no hidden surprises. Customer service has been responsive the couple of times I reached out. My negative experience, bur overridden by positives.

My only complaint relates to the fact that I am an octogenerian and the bank has tailored its customer services tyo cater not for my generation but sadly today's technology savvy people. If I don't need answers to queries, thats fine. Otherwise it is a difficulty! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
