Zopa's Smart Saver account is brilliant

The smart saver account is absolutely brilliant - I really like that it has the option to set up different pots for different savings goals, and that the interest rates are very competitive. The layout of the app is great; the interest rates on each pot are clear to see and the summary of total interest paid on each pot is a great motivator in savinng more. Zopa are up for the challenge!

Excellent, imaginative idea to offer nearly market-leading regular saver linked to current account. The current account is apparently still in development, but so far it has worked perfectly well for me. On the one occasion I had a problem I found the customer service team understanding and responsive. So Zopa deserve support as a challenger to the establishment! Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
