Everything was quick and easy.

Everything was quick and easy, from setting up my account to making decisions about savings pots etc. Anytime I have had to request assistance, it has always been quick, courteous and informative. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Easy to open accounts and to transfer money.

Easy to open accounts and to transfer money. I like the option of being able to open pots so that I can save for various needs ie holiday, Christmas, home improvements etc. interest rates are very competitive. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Excellent company for Savings.

The best savings experience I have had in over 40 years. Easy to set up account, different rates of savings pots, so a clever way to save for different things and situations. Customer service is excellent, website has loads of information but if you have more queries always a wonderful person to assist with anything. Great rates for savings too. simply a great company. Zopa has an excellent user friendly and fun online interface, with a great choice of savings accounts, with great rates of interest, called 'Booster pots.' I love the range of savings to choose, from easy access to longer term fixed savings, from 7, 31 and 95 days notice to withdraw. This is so helpful to have, together with naming each savings 'pot), for example ' Rainy day.' They give a count down on how many days remaining until you can withdraw the money. They offered me a regular saver for 12 months with a bonus interest! The access ISA has a booster interest too. I also find the total interest earned report from the start of your savings, with monthly updates and activity of interest on each savings pot. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Excellent Provider

Haven't needed to use customer service. Excellent savings app and so easy to move money from and to bank and the different pots within Zopa. The rates are competitive too. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
