I find it difficult to get travel insurance due to health issues.I know that Allclear will provide the cover I need at a reasonable cost. Without them I 'd be stuck at home. Good luck to all the team as they are so understanding and helpful to deal with. Reviewed on: 12th September 2018

As yet and hopefully for ever I’ve never made a claim on my policy. However, the efficiency of the telephone sales advisor was first rate. She fully explained every detail of the policy answered all queries and was really helpful. This has been the case for the last four years, and has allowed me to holiday home and abroad as before my health problems. Reviewed on: 12th September 2018

I recently bought an annual travel insurance and the member of staff who dealt with me was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She was extremely patient having rung me back several times. Julie took us through the medical questions explaining all the requirements. The price was within the range I had in mind and the policy was the Gold Plus, this being an upgrade from my previous policy.
