I recently bought an annual travel insurance and the member of staff who dealt with me was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She was extremely patient having rung me back several times. Julie took us through the medical questions explaining all the requirements. The price was within the range I had in mind and the policy was the Gold Plus, this being an upgrade from my previous policy. It ha been so easy and so reassuring to get a travel insurance that clearly covers pre-existing medical conditions. You not only get one, but many different quotes from companies so that you can choose the level of cover required.
