Top class customer service

I've recently moved over to multi car with Aviva and had a few glitches online so gave them a call. The young lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant. She spoke me through and get me a fantastic package. I contacted them online just a few weeks later to ask if I could upgrade to SDP&C and this was done in the space of 5 minutes with no extra charge. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 19th July 2017

Quick, easy and good value

Check the small print

Whilst I haven't had to make a claim, I was disappointed to find out when adding a temporary driver to our fully comp multi-car policy - our daughter who is away at uni most of the year - coos only drive for a maximum of 30 days over the duration of the policy - only thing I was disappointed with mind. Competitive price, great website and app

I moved to Aviva for car insurance this year, and have found the website and MyAviva app very user friendly. The price quoted was much cheaper than other companies, just £300. Reviewed on: 14th July 2017

EXPENSIVE

I have been with Aviva for nearly 3 years and each year my renewal quote goes up by a stupid amount! this year it went up by a £1000 and i have had no accidents or offences. Will be cancelling. Reviewed on: 13th July 2017
