Whilst I haven't had to make a claim, I was disappointed to find out when adding a temporary driver to our fully comp multi-car policy - our daughter who is away at uni most of the year - coos only drive for a maximum of 30 days over the duration of the policy - only thing I was disappointed with mind. Change Is As Good As A Rest

Wish they hadn't changed the T&Cs on this account and upped the monthly fee for the honour of using your own account. If it wasn't for having our mortgage with them, whereby it makes it worth our while to bank the credits that go with this arrangement, I think I 'd have started to look around for another deal. Banks have had enough bad press over the years, there's got to be profit in there for them still, without infuriating their customers - AGAIN! Reviewed on: 3rd May 2017
