You were there for me when it counted...

Several years ago I was made redundant and couldn't find another job for three months. I contacted BBS and they couldn't have been more understanding and made an arrangement with me about my Mortgage which took so much stress away from the situation, which I'll never forget. I signed up online for a savings account.

I signed up online for a savings account. The first attempt failed as I never received my code in the post. I spoke to the customer service team who were excellent and i had to re-submit my application which then worked. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024

Bibs the way to save..

I am a fixed rate saver and have always had a good rate on my savings…I also had my mortgage with them..they are also very good at giving out information to its customers. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024
