I couldn't be more happy with Bath Building Society. I've been with them since 2009 and I just moved house and although I could have got cheaper rates elsewhere, as their customer service is superb I was happy to stay with them. They always reply quickly, with real people you can talk to and they couldn't do more for you. Well done Bath Building Society and thank you! :-) Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten! Several years ago I was made redundant and couldn't find another job for three months. I contacted BBS and they couldn't have been more understanding and made an arrangement with me about my Mortgage which took so much stress away from the situation, which I'll never forget.
