Accessing online account for information to complete tax return

Both Corinne and Caroline were extremely helpful during our online chat and my problem was solved and questions answered really efficiently. the log on process was a little baffling and complex but now that I've succeeded once I'm confident I will be able to do it again, or at least I know I can get help if I have any problems. Opening an account was straightforward and statements/explanations/requests, on the website and in e-mails, clear and helpful

Very speedy and gave not only info but solved the problem too!
