5 star customer service

I had multiple issues opening my first ISA with Bath BS, but luckily Charlotte and especially Chris Burns helped me over the phone over two to three days to uncover the obstacles that were making my account creation so difficult, putting in the extra time to prioritise my case and rectify it as fast as possible. Professional, understanding, fantastic all round. I’m very impressed and pleased with how things were handled. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

It took a very long time to set up the Trust account. However the service and information that I has was very good and informative. I was confused when I was issued TWO account numbers but "Jane" was very helpful in resolving everything. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Lifetime ISA

had really lovely chap help with Lifetime ISA questions, so friendly & knowledgable, even found info from a colleague when he did not know the answer. the phone was answered very quickly too Reviewed on: 1st April 2025

EXTREMELY POOR interface for iPhones

EXTREMELY POOR interface for iPhones - basically just does not work. Told us they have known problems but have not fixed them. Trying to open an ISA before the end of the tax year. Told required a 'wet' signature. Printed form out, completed and signed it, photographed it and returned it. Told it was in a pile and may not be actioned until the new tax year. Agreed BBS app doesn't work. Tried Bath Online, which doesn't work on an iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 18.4. Customer services failed to suggest trying on a laptop. This worked absolutely fine and account opened within a few minutes. Also ABSOLUTELY hate Customer Service staff telling me "No problem". It is a massive problem, which they fail to address for customers. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025
