We were unfortunate to have a acciendient with our caravan. This causes a lot of stresss and upset to us. The caravan club took charge of our claim from the minute we phoned them. Kept us informd every step of te way. We would use an oter insurer fr caravan. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 11th August 2017

Something I had not thought of

When we purchased our caravan it was at a discounted price as it was an ex-demonstration model. When I renewed the insurance for it and stated the price I had paid I was advised to insure it for an amount that would cover the cost of a new one. That way if anything untoward occurred I could be guaranteed a replacement Reviewed on: 11th August 2017

Good insurance but wasted members' money on pointless rebranding

Good insurance service with friendly helpful staff. What a shame they waste member's money on a pointless and expensive rebranding unsupported by the majority of its members, not to mention the idiotic Walls Ice Cream like new logo - are they sponsoring the club ? As we have travelled extensively with are caravan in many parts of Europe over the years, good insurance cover has been essential. On two occasions we have had to call on the Club for assistance and received excellent service . Reviewed on: 11th August 2017

You wont get" bogged " down with club insurance!

We got bogged down & with our many efforts to get out, too late we realized we had left the battery box door down, it caught on the ground, damage done!!! All handled very quickly & efficiently by the club insurance. Reviewed on: 11th August 2017
