Telephone good response recovery in 2parts mechanic&recoverytruck very reassuring

Towing caravan transfer box on4x4 blew oil over engine&exaust box caught fire car following called fire brigade before we were aware, they had a fire extinguisher we had one in caravan not car . We now have an extinguisher in the car. Managed to put fire out before brigade arrived. Mechanic arrived approx. 1/2 hr. He confirmed we needed recovery we waited another 1hr. This was a very rassuring expierience We could not continue as it is not possible to hire a tow vehicle and abandoned our holiday the tow home was excellent Reviewed on: 12th August 2017

Always there for when you need them most

After suffering an epileptic seizure while on holiday in France the caravan club came to the rescue. Not only did they help with hospital visits and getting us home accompanied by a doctor, they also sorted the return of our car and caravan. Full marks for helping out when we needed them most. Dependability, Reliability and Quality

For over 20 years now we have insured our caravan with the Caravan Club I have always been a person that "Shops around, " for comparable quotes when renewal time arrives, not necessarily for the cheapest, but item for item, their renewal price has always been the most competitive.
