Very efficent and helpful overseas staff

My wife had a fall in Spain and broke two bones in her shoulder which meant cutting our holiday short by two weeks. The Caravan and Motor home staff arranged for earlier ferry crossings and refunds for sites we would not be visiting which made our bad experience much more easier. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Best for me

The sites are great and the locations just where we need them. Prices are competitive and not overly expensive. Having wardens on site means we can be confident about security and help when we need it. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

It's better value than elsewhere

It's the 3rd year I've insured here. I've not had to claim, just pay the premium and receive the paperwork. They were excellent when I first made contact with a query about the fact mine is an imported caravan from France. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

value for money

I have only once had to claim for a damaged awning I was offered a new one within hours of claim new awning was delivered same week great service and my insurance diddnt go up Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Club Dealing with big guy.

Claim dealt with without any problem,club dealt with third party fully,when I tried to get claim from third party,they were not interested - till club got involved,claim fully settled and paid in full.thank you for settling claim and dealing with third party fully.
