Fantastic support and hassle free service

When our caravan was damaged by an articulated lorry the club managed the repair with great speed. It was delt with quickly, efficiently and satisfactory. The price has been kept at an acceptable level which is always satisfying and the excess was returned in due course. We are pleased with a great service and would recommend to everyone. Excellent value and service.

On changing insurance companies, I saved over £100, and got better cover as well. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. As a result, I also moved my car insurance as well and saved money! Can't get better than that!! Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Exemplary Service

With our first caravan to insure we tried various insurance companies and compare sites, they wanted so many details and the quotes were really high. We phoned the Caravan Club what a difference so helpful and polite we just needed the make of caravan we took out a policy straight away. Last year we bought a brand new caravan didn't bother with any other insurance company went straight to the Caravan Club. Unfortunately on our first outing someone forced us across the road and we dented the body of the caravan on a tree branch. Phoned the insurance company on return everything dealt with quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Caravan Club insurance. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

lost of good sites and all over the UK an nabouring irelands and if one whants abroud too

home is Britain and only Britain we have found all our home land sites at bang on but we prefer adult only sites as peace and quit is top plus we have two dogs and both are black labs and will just join in on any games children are doing and spoil the day , Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Understanding and caring

Although I have not had any claims (thank goodness) my experience of the customer care people who are on the other end of the phone for renewal, policy changes, or questions with your policy are people you can talk to which puts you on top. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Excellent for all types of Insurance

We do not just insure our caravan through the club but also our car, home and dog. We also take out Red Pennant Travel Insurance every year. Over the last 7 years we have had nothing but excellent service. When the rear window of our tow car shattered in France last year the club insurance had it repaired within 2 days.
