Reliable Insurance

We have been insured with Caravan and Motorhome Club (previously Caravan Club) for many years and unfortunately have had to make various claims over the years all of which have been dealt with promptly, quibble free and with a personal feel. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Beyond the call of duty

When our caravan was stolen the Caravan and Motor Home insurance was tested. The company went far beyond the basic fundamentals to assist and help us, with a replacement as soon as possible. I can most definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Never again

Im currently still experiencing the fact that i am without a caravan. Stalling on claims handling. Insisting caravan be CRIS registered before a payout. (Only owned van 4 weeks) just generally being treated like a liar. Its gutting missing the summer season. 4 weeks into the claim and we are no further forward. Summer holidays are nearly over. Never again will i use c&mc insurance. I wont even renew my membership. Even my local centre for rallies are "clicky" and mainly geared for the elderly caravaners. You need the next generation caravaners. But it wont be us we will use the c&cc from now on. They are friendlier anyway Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
