Straightforward, Reliable and Rewarding!

Very easy to do all the banking I need. I love the functionality to quickly open and spend from different accounts at the touch of a button and all from the same card. I feel Chase is everything a modern bank should be, intuitive and easy to use. I love the current account and the savings accounts. The cash back and interest are amazing and much better than my other UK banks. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Losing the niggles

Generally the operation of accounts does away with all the niggles experienced with those of other (older) banks. For example I can make a future date (scheduled) payment directly from a savings account and not have to remember to manually move funds from savings to current account and then schedule a payment from there. I like the way chase works and the App on the phone...

I like the way chase works and the App on the phone works great and I have not missed a Internet Web facility at all. I have not logged many queries but the ones I have have been answered effectively in a timely fashion. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

Chase are excellent.

Chase are excellent. I love the 1% cashback on all transactions. On top of this, you can also automatically save your round-ups and earn you 5% on those over a year. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

I have nothing but praise for Chase Bank, they make banking fun and easy. I like the little savings tools that give you more control and it feels like they are helping you to boost your fininaces and I guess build loyalty. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

A really excellent bank account.

A really excellent bank account. Abroad my payments in Euros, for example, are converted at the bank base rate to Sterling immediately and the GBP leave my account to the restaurant for example. I can see on my phone app the amount of money in both € and in £. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025
