Very good when handled with care

Generally very good indeed. slick presentation online. It is necessary to be quite careful when setting up a new 'pot' as the meaning of some of their terminology can be misleading. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

Losing the niggles

Generally the operation of accounts does away with all the niggles experienced with those of other (older) banks. For example I can make a future date (scheduled) payment directly from a savings account and not have to remember to manually move funds from savings to current account and then schedule a payment from there. Very smart. Neat Website which gives an excellent at a glance summary for current position and performance [unlike some recent newcomers I could mention].
