Ann Walpole is a credit to Darlington Building Society, we have been dealing with Ann for many years, as well as being a very caring person with a lovely attitude she is very knowledgeable in her field of work. Also in her absence all other staff are very capable to take over the reins, all have the knowledge and are able to deal with any issues.
