We had our very first mortgage with Darlington.

We had our very first mortgage with Darlington. And the best rate available at the time. Everything was so easy to fill out with plenty of support when I needed it. Darlington was amazing they talked me all the way through from beginning to end. My mortgage is up for renewal February next next year and I’m hoping to stay with Darlington. Amazing staff very helpfull nothing is to much trouble, if I didn’t understand anything all I had to do was pick up the phone, or send and email. Out of all the potential lenders Darlington came out on top for us. Great rates!! Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

No issues

I never had issues and when I contacted the customer service team they were polite and helpful. I would just say to improve the email communication as before I called a sent several emails and never had a response but once I called every thing was sorted Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Porting with Darlington.

Easy to get through when calling. Staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Currently utilising the porting system to move to another property, which is very affordable. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
