No hassle company

I have never had any hassles with them, when I switched from another provider. Sometimes, their app is a little fiddly when requesting passwords. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Great bank - wonderful staff

Great bank - always get to speak to a person in this country - not a call centre abroad and they are so friendly and helpful. Great to have a regular saver if you have a 1st account too. Just all round easy bank to deal with Reviewed on: 22nd November 2024

Excellent 24 hour service with humans

Excellent 24 hour service with real people always. Great site and app with few problems ever. Sadly, no extras such as cashback or interest. There is a free £250 overdraft though. Reviewed on: 20th November 2024

fd - a needle in the proverbial financial haystack

Unethical bank, if you can get past the login screen

Been with them on two different occasions and both times same experience. They have the most complicated way to log into their accounts vs any other bank. The names they give the codes, OTP, pins etc, vary throughout the process. So just logging in is a case of juggling 7+ different codes and passwords. Apart from their parent bank, no other bank seems to make it so hard to login. I had to repeatedly call them to unlock my accounts. Other than that, the bank account is average; nothing special. The savings rates that are then accessible with them are usually good, but like their parent HSBC; the money isn't invested ethically. Reviewed on: 7th September 2024
