Innovative App. High interest rates.

Innovative App. Good Rates. Many accounts and tiered interest rates, offers, bonuses and varied interest rates can be complex. (Even their own staff get facts wrong!) But high rates, instant payments, and good security is a bonus. Reviewed on: 20th November 2024

Contacting them is near impossible! Their sign in process is too complex. (HSBC based!) App and site are 'Olde-worlde'! Phone contact (eventually) is with Manilla - charming people but no clue about how M&S cards work Reviewed on: 20th November 2024

Excellent 24 hour service with humans

Excellent 24 hour service with real people always. Great site and app with few problems ever. Sadly, no extras such as cashback or interest. There is a free £250 overdraft though. Reviewed on: 20th November 2024

Chase have thought of everything! 24/7 service, interest, cashback and round up cash. Problems are sorted out quickly and the App is superb and well thought out. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

The best online bank ever!

I've been with Chase for a year. Had no problems and which other bank pays interest on current account plus savings, plus gives you interest on most purchases plus cash-back? The app works really well and money paid in (or out) only takes a few seconds to arrive. Very impressed! Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
