First Direct are brilliant!

Very efficient, and it’s possible to phone 24 hours a day, and speak to a person ! Wonderful customer service - highly recommended. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

A banking relationship worth having!

I’ve been a first direct customer for around 30 years and have always enjoyed being a customer. It’s not that things have never gone wrong during this time, but it’s how they have dealt with the mistakes or challenges that have always demonstrated why this is an organisation that really understands customer service, and get things fixed in a way I can trust. It counts that I can rely on my bank (across all my accounts with them, not just my current account) to do the right thing... Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Superb service since account opened over 25 years ago

We have never had any issues with First Direct. Call centre open all hours and year round with English speakers, so no misunderstandings in translation. We've ordered cash collections with ease when we've needed larger amounts of cash for home projects. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
