It lacks the bells and whistles of many of its competitors and the savings rate is beaten by others, but the peace of mind of knowing my money is being invested ethically is golden - certainly worth the trade-off.

I telephoned to renegotiate the latest quote since it was higher than usual; they offered to keep last year's price! Very friendly people in the call centre that is based in Britain.
