Delighted with service

I had a problem transferring from my old account which delayed me beyond the deadline set by the current-account switch service - the staff at Nationwide were brilliant and reset the time so I could get the £175 switching bonus! Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

A bank that cares

My account switch was delayed by my old bank - the staff were so nice and understanding, and even paid the switching bonus despite taking longer than 28 days (but I would have switched without the bonus anyway because they ranked top in ethics). Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
