A banking relationship worth having!

I’ve been a first direct customer for around 30 years and have always enjoyed being a customer. It’s not that things have never gone wrong during this time, but it’s how they have dealt with the mistakes or challenges that have always demonstrated why this is an organisation that really understands customer service, and get things fixed in a way I can trust. It counts that I can rely on my bank (across all my accounts with them, not just my current account) to do the right thing, not just the minimum they can get away with.
