Zero Complaints!

No support for vulnerable customers

They closed my bank account without informing me or giving me any notice. I understand they have the right to do that but they are withholding our funds & yet demanding we pay our mortgage which is also held with them. I have already told them I have having the worst time with my health and the stress of trying to get it resolved has caused my physical and mental health to deteriorate. Reliable but lacking competitive edge

Current account is readily accessible using the Halifax app which is easy to use and transact with. However, pitiful interest rate and bank does not reward loyal customers. Products do not seem competitive or innovative. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Halifax app

Setting up the current account was quite a long process, I believe now you can just do it via the app but when I set up my account it was difficult. The app is so much easier to use when finding out details about my current account, very user friendly. Reviewed on: 10th December 2024
