Never had an issue with Halifax, and when I have queries I get through to someone instantly - when I was expecting financial hardship they were happy to help as best as possible. I've chosen to stay with Halifax. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Webchat is extremely handy

Webchat is extremely handy and helpful - removes need to call up and pass every security check when done through the app. Overall they supplied me with a loan when I needed it, with a good interest rate and have been flexible when required. Reviewed on: 18th March 2024

Ever since COVID I was struggling to pay off my debts gained during my unemployment. My bank was refusing to help and I looked in the App Store on a whim and was so shocked to see I was accepted, and the APR given to me was amazing. It's been incredibly straight forward and the chat feature is perfect for someone like me who can't sit on the phone waiting for a response. Overall incredibly satisfied.
