Always friendly and helpful and customer focussed . Particularly grateful for their time and understanding when my husband died. Equally helpful whether in telephone discussion or in person. The best customer experience I have had in recent times. Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

Impossible to carry out intended task. Rang Society to be told that the person I was dealing with couldn’t help and I had to try online again. Did so - again without success. Had to ring them again. The person I spoke to this time was more helpful but couldn’t carry out the transaction in question. She said that their website was run by a third party and that there were issues! Its local and low-tech: I don't use a computer or a smartphone and I prefer using cash day to day. The staff have become friends and are always so helpful. It makes me feel safe. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025
