Amateurish - perhaps not even that good

Impossible to carry out intended task. Rang Society to be told that the person I was dealing with couldn’t help and I had to try online again. Did so - again without success. Had to ring them again. The person I spoke to this time was more helpful but couldn’t carry out the transaction in question. She said that their website was run by a third party and that there were issues! Like having a branch in Leighton Buzzard. Like personal service. Don't like best rates are only online and unable to get these rates with Power of Attorney. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

Currently, over 90% of accounts earn higher than the average savings rate in the UK. Its local and low-tech: I don't use a computer or a smartphone and I prefer using cash day to day. The staff have become friends and are always so helpful. It makes me feel safe. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025
