Friendly and helpful staff initially seen face-to-face in our local branch office. Having a local branch is great. Small building society means a very good service. Helpful staff on phone during online account application. They offer a trust account too. Reviewed on: 31st July 2025

I chose Harpenden Building Society because investment and withdrawal can be made by post and telephone. When telephoning the receptionists are most knowledgeable and eager to help. Reviewed on: 31st July 2025
