I have been a member of the Harpenden for many years. The standard of customer service is outstanding and second to none! The warm, friendly and efficient responses from staff are impeccable, whether in branch or over the phone. I this world of impersonal, robotic automation the Harpenden remains a shining beacon of personal, positive customer service which is much valued and appreciated, as show by Christian, Catherine and Vanessa in branch on 23/08/2023.
