Refused to send assistance.

Refused to send assistance. I am stuck in mud next to a big ditch. They say they don't cover this and have left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. I've got no food or water. No shops for miles. My vans sinking in to the ditch and I have nobody else to help me. I will be cancelling the breakdown cover with these and they will be refunding me for what I've already paid and I will look for cover that doesn't leave people stranded in the middle of nowhere without food or water to survive and no hope of getting out. There is simply nothing positive to say, from start to hopefully finished with them soon. Just stay away. There are better options out there. Companies like this should legally not be allowed to exist. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

AVOID, 3RD PARTY INSURANCE CLAIM I WAS IN BED AT THE TIME, 4AM , WHEN THERE CLIENT HIT ME, ON PURPOSE. NEIBOUR DISPUTE, SMASHED ALL BACK END OF CAR IN, DAMMAGED BUMPER BACK END , DAMMAGED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. NOW , after them sending our car to vauxhaul pentegon mansfield who delt with this issue as follows. back lights all dead.. boot smashed in, used filler. on a door which bangs and filler can drop out. also had to fit new bumper to car with reverse sensors, which wasnt done right chris manager at vauxhaul said they will go off with water . there sonar sensors lol designed to work with water,, never herd of a dophine sonar pack in when in water ,, what a tw*t. to say the least .. then it was taken to ford to check who then dropped oil all down engine, with these idiots at haven., il mention some names in a moment, i can say enough bad things i was in bed when all this happened yet his insurance company , haven , wow. originaly it was taken to ford who wanted money upfront, that kinda screamed to me about haven, dont like to pay out and put things right,! and how right was i.. so now im left with a car sat outside my home ive had to fix myself. ! rear lights,, oil pressure. reverse sensors fitted cheap shitty copys , oem not original ford parts as i asked for. beware these IDIOTS USE OEM PARTS NON ORIGINAL.! SPECIFY ND MAKE SHURE THERE GENUINE PARTS BEFORE HAND. AND DONT BELIEVE ANYTHINK THEY SAY CHECK FOR YOURSELF ASK TO SEE PROOF OF ORIGINAL PARTS ORDERED.. AVOID... HAVEN SCOTT METCALFE - SENIOR AFTERCARE MANAGER CHRIS TAYLOR - CASE WORKER BRADLEY GREEN - CASE WORKER LESS THAN HELPFUL PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. AVOID HAVEN AT ALL COSTS. Never use Haven.They are awful scheming cheats (in my opinion*) *stated for legal reasons

I will keep updating this through my legal battle that is just commencing. My vehicle was stolen and recovered and they have basically tried to rip me off by offering in settlement half the value of my vehicle. I want it fixed but they claim the fixing cost more than the write off price but that only because they value the vehicle so low. In addition their service is absolutely atrocious. I have to chase every single time. They never call back. I have rejected their ridiculous settle offer and am taking the matter trough the Financial Ombudsman but I expect I'll have to end up taking this to the court. Be extra aware if you are a taxi driver as they do not honor their hire car commitment and for every day your car is off the road you lose money. Mine has been off the road for 7 weeks now so I will make a claim for lose of earning too. This is a terrible company to do business with. Not happy with the level of service

I was hit by Haven insurance client and my car is now write off. I have requested my settlement letter so many times and I’m getting no reply’s what so ever. My GAP insurance needs this letter for me to continue with my claim. I drive for a living and need to buy a new car. How long more have I got to wait? You have already paid out to my vehicle management company the full amount into their account so why can’t you send me my settlement letter. I will take this case further until I receive what I need in paper. This level of service I’m getting is terrible I will not be recommending haven to anyone in the near future. I got a fine because of them

Never recommend! Don’t trust ! I wanted to leave Romania and go to Bulgaria and the frontier police stopped me saying that I’m not insured, they took my number plates and the certificate of the car and fine me , haven didn’t ever told us we are not insured in the system for 48h after renewal of the policy ! non fault claim,

idiots sent it to advanced car repairs in chesterfield at my request haven has such bad feedback and customer services that they wanted money upfront to repair car, thats how bad this company actually is, then midway through claim bare in mind there client hit our car outside house, and drove off. then pissed us about. 2 weeks later car still not touched even changed adviser who was dealing with us not a good way to deal with customers. why change from one adviser to another midway through. and leave us high and dry,, carrys on be taking legal action with our insurance company against client who hit us ,and haven for pissin us about. After i have a NON fault accident,other driver hit my car in giro,haven Company sent me with my car in a rubish service ,wich solve my car in a barbarian way,car Look horible ,and the insurance Company tell me they do the maximum,that my car dont worth to replace the parts,will be to expensive,and regarding the period i have car in service they didnt provide me nothing! Worst company ever

Would never recommend this company to any one the staff are a nightmare to deal with took weeks to actually sort my claim out, everytime I rang I kept getting passed on to other departments no one seemed to know anything about my claim haven arranged for my burnt out car to be recovered from the side of the motorway after it caught fire then I called them 2 days later to see what was going on and they hadn't even got a record of me making a claim or the fact they themselves had arranged the recovery of my car the staff need to be re trained as they really dont know what they are doing they then told me they wanted proof of the car being on fire so I sent them all the photos which then I was told they didn't need because the bloke that recovered my car for the insurance company had already sent them all the pictures this company made a stressful time 10 times worse by not doing there job properly would never ever use them again even if they were the cheapest company around u get what u pay for which was a poor piss quality service Reviewed on: 11th April 2019

Company based on Giblartar very poor service. Don't buy insurance with Haven only you get problem and very rude pepole over phone. I spoke with mr Anthony J. In my opinion sound like scumy boy. If only more people could share opinion about them. Feel free to share opinion about Haven thru social media etc. I'll do. Reviewed on: 12th February 2019
