Rubish services!!

After i have a NON fault accident,other driver hit my car in giro,haven Company sent me with my car in a rubish service ,wich solve my car in a barbarian way,car Look horible ,and the insurance Company tell me they do the maximum,that my car dont worth to replace the parts,will be to expensive,and regarding the period i have car in service they didnt provide me nothing!
