Worst company ever

Would never recommend this company to any one the staff are a nightmare to deal with took weeks to actually sort my claim out, everytime I rang I kept getting passed on to other departments no one seemed to know anything about my claim haven arranged for my burnt out car to be recovered from the side of the motorway after it caught fire then I called them 2 days later to see what was going on and they hadn't even got a record of me making a claim or the fact they themselves had ...
