Not happy with the level of service

I was hit by Haven insurance client and my car is now write off. I have requested my settlement letter so many times and I’m getting no reply’s what so ever. My GAP insurance needs this letter for me to continue with my claim. I drive for a living and need to buy a new car. How long more have I got to wait? You have already paid out to my vehicle management company the full amount into their account so why can’t you send me my settlement letter. I will take this case further unt...
