I got a fine because of them

Never recommend! Don’t trust ! I wanted to leave Romania and go to Bulgaria and the frontier police stopped me saying that I’m not insured, they took my number plates and the certificate of the car and fine me , haven didn’t ever told us we are not insured in the system for 48h after renewal of the policy !
